Refund Policy for The Body & Confidence Coach (AT Coaching)

Thank you for choosing The Body & Confidence Coach (AT Coaching). We strive to provide our clients with exceptional coaching services and valuable resources through our community group. This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds for our services.

 

1. Online Coaching

 

Our online coaching service requires an initial payment of £50 for scheduling a consultation call. Please note the following conditions regarding refunds:

 

- No-Show Policy: If you book a consultation call and do not attend (no-show), you will not receive a refund for the £50 fee.

 

- Fit Assessment: If you attend the scheduled consultation call and we mutually decide that the coaching will not be a good fit for you, we will issue a full refund of the £50.

 

- Proceeding with Coaching: If you attend the consultation call and decide to proceed with coaching, the £50 fee will be deducted from your first payment for the coaching services.

 

2. Community Group Membership

 

Our community group membership has a small monthly recurring fee of £2. Please note the following conditions regarding refunds:

 

- No Refunds for Membership: Due to the upfront resources and materials provided upon entry to the community page, there are no refunds for membership fees.

 

- Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. However, you must provide us with at least 48 hours' notice before the next payment is processed. If your payment is scheduled to be deducted within the 48-hour notification period, we will refund you for that payment.

 

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Changes to This Refund Policy

 

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" at the top will be updated. Your continued use of our services after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
